I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of Consilium. I have been trying to resolve an issue that has been ongoing since August 31st, 2024—almost four months now—and have received no response despite multiple emails, SMS messages, and phone calls.

In an effort to escalate the matter, I also tried reaching out to other people listed in the company’s contact section on their website, but no one responded either. This complete lack of communication is unacceptable, especially when dealing with critical matters like accounting and government-related obligations.

Their failure to address the issue promptly may result in me incurring additional fees from ZUS due to mishandling on their side. I expected professionalism, reliability, and responsiveness, but this company has failed on all counts.

I strongly advise others to avoid this accountant if they value timely and competent service.
